This policy explains how Forge Technical Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles personal information connected with forgetechnical.site. We aim to follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.

The site has no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. The contact form does not send anything to a server: it opens your own email app with a message you can review before sending. We only receive what you choose to email us, typically:
- your name and email address;
- details, photos or drawings of the piece you would like made.
Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare drawings and quotes, and carry out any work you order. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we rely on to run our business, such as our email provider, or where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry or project and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
